Culture by Design™

I believe every organization is teaching people something. Through its leadership, policies, systems, communication, and everyday interactions, it teaches what is valued, who belongs, how conflict is handled, and what is possible. Culture isn't simply what an organization says it believes—it's what people experience every day.

My work is helping organizations become intentional architects of that experience. I partner with leaders, teams, schools, and mission-driven organizations to design cultures where leadership, systems, and relationships reinforce one another. Whether we're navigating organizational change, leadership development, conflict, or culture transformation, the goal is the same: to create environments where people belong, become, and thrive, and where healthy cultures produce lasting organizational impact.

An intimate six-week coaching experience where six Black women in senior leadership step outside performance, titles, and expectations to have honest conversations about leadership, identity, power, ambition, boundaries, and what they want the next chapter to look like.

Transformation is only meaningful if it can be sustained. We focus on integrating new leadership practices, communication tools, systems, and cultural shifts into everyday operations so the work continues long after our engagement ends.
